Meal prep that fits a busy week

A light prep rhythm that keeps calories and macros easier to track without Sunday kitchen marathons.

Prep components, not identical boxes

Cook one protein, one grain and a tray of vegetables. Mix them differently through the week so meals stay familiar but not boring.

This also makes photo logging faster — repeating ingredients means cleaner estimates and fewer edits.

Keep sauces separate

Dressings and sauces are where calories hide. Store them on the side so you can portion with intention and still enjoy flavor.

A measured spoon beats guessing over a heavily coated salad.

Protect two anchor meals

If lunch and dinner are mostly handled, breakfast and snacks can flex. That is enough structure for most weeks.

When plans change, snap whatever you eat anyway. The log should follow your life, not the other way around.
