Terms of use
These terms cover the LeanFood mobile app and this website, including the account pages. By using either, you agree to them.
The service
LeanFood provides meal scanning, calorie and macro estimates, targets, recipe suggestions, reminders, and a website where you can sign in to the same account. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a clinician for decisions about your health.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password or sign-in method safe. You can open an account with email, Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on the account. Deleting the account on this site or in the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app or site for illegal content, harassment, reverse engineering, large-scale scraping, or to disrupt the service. Do not upload photos or voice clips you do not have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
Paid features are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Trials, renewals, taxes and refunds follow that store’s rules. Cancel in your store account. We do not charge cards on this website. We may cap daily meal scans so the service stays usable.
Estimates
Calories and macros are estimates. Portion size, cooking, photo quality and how clearly you speak change the result. We work on accuracy but do not guarantee it. Do not rely on LeanFood as your only source for medical or dietary decisions.
The website
This site is for information, language selection, sign-in and account management. Content may change. Do not treat marketing copy as a warranty. Automated access that overloads the site is not allowed.
Intellectual property
LeanFood, the mark and the site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights to photos and voice clips you upload; you grant us a licence to process them so the service can work.
Liability
The app and site are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for store billing handled by Apple or Google. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will show in the app or on this page. The site and app are built for supported regions. Contact LeanFood at info@lean-food.com, or from the account page or in-app settings.
